FrameSpace is preparing for launch. This notice explains the information the service is designed to handle. Before public account registration opens, the production data flows, service providers, retention periods and deletion controls must be checked against this notice.
Information handled
Depending on the features used, FrameSpace may process account and contact details, photographer profile information, gallery names and metadata, uploaded photographs, client selections, job workflow records, payment or balance records entered by photographers, support communications and technical or security logs.
How information is used
- To provide and maintain accounts, galleries, proofing and image-delivery workflows.
- To respond to questions and provide service communications.
- To protect the service, troubleshoot errors and investigate misuse.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Photographs and client information
Photographers are responsible for having the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to upload and share photographs and client information. Gallery recipients should not reuse or redistribute images without permission. FrameSpace will not use client photographs for promotional purposes without an appropriate legal basis and permission.
Service providers
FrameSpace's application uses Supabase-related authentication, database and storage integration. The production setup must be verified before registration opens, including the hosting, database, storage, analytics, email and payment providers actually enabled. Subscription payment processing is not active on this website.
Storage, security and retention
Information should be kept only for as long as needed for service operation, security, legal obligations and dispute handling. Reasonable safeguards are intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should keep independent copies of important original photographs. Actual export and deletion controls will be described once confirmed in production.
Your requests
You may contact FrameSpace to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational or legal requirements.
Children and changes
FrameSpace is designed for photographers and their clients, not for children to independently create accounts. This notice may be updated as the service develops; the current version and update date will be published on this page.
