FrameSpace subscription payments are not currently being collected through this website. This page describes the current pre-launch status; it does not promise a refund outcome for a payment flow that is not enabled.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are not yet available. Before paid plans launch, FrameSpace will publish the cancellation steps, when cancellation takes effect and whether access continues until the end of a paid billing period.

Refund requests

Before accepting subscription payments, FrameSpace will publish the refund eligibility rules, how to submit a request, expected review timelines and any applicable exceptions. The policy will be applied consistently with applicable law and the payment provider's requirements.
